Vacpoints - Our Loyalty Rewards Scheme

Get points for every item you buy, good toward anything in our store - for free - no kidding! Redeem your points for discount codes to use in our store. Just make sure you sign up for a free account with us to enable this feature.

You can also earn points for every friend you refer to us who buys something on their first visit to our store, through the refer a friend link on your account page. 

You can track points earned along with their £s and pence value at any time by logging into your account and checking the link in the member's area.

You can see the rewards available on your account page when you are logged in. It will show you the number of points you have earned, and the rewards you can unlock. You will then receive a discount code to use at the checkout to redeem your reward

 

Now, here are the main points to remember:-

• You'll only earn points if you create a free account - checking out as a guest gets no rewards!
• Every time you buy something, you will earn points. It's up to you whether you save your points or spend them. 
• You can only redeem the reward coupons on the checkout page using the coupon code yourself. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to do this for you if you place an order by phone, so you will not be able to redeem any points when placing a telephone order. You can, of course, collect points when ordering over the phone. 

 

 

Loyalty Points Are Yours Forever

Members' loyalty points never expire. 
No matter how long it takes you to spend your points, you have still earned them by being a loyal customer to us, so they never expire. You keep them until you spend them. 

Rewards Are Not Forever!

Rewards expire 1 year from when they are redeemed. 
When you use your points to redeem a reward, it is valid for use at our store for 365 days. This gives you a generous amount of time to use your chosen reward offer.
